My contributions (photographic and text) are voluntary. In saying that
though, I have been paid by other companies to take photos. The most
recent example being AirTrain's 5th Birthday. I enjoy contributing to
the magazine and ARHS do an exceptional job, so I don't mind.

But what happens if people like you don't enjoy it and don't do it?
What happens if all the resentment finally gets enough and everyone
says %^$$%^ it?
Do we value our railway interests so little that we want to jeopardise
it by forcing those who give out?

Is Motive Power the same?

I am not sure as I have never contributed to Motive Power. But I would
imagine so.
