Default 3801 Ltd brokan the Law?

Hi all,

Just need a bit of help. Got the new Roundhouse today and in the
section labelled 'Clarification', the following is printed:IN the
Feburary RTM mail, in relation to moves by 3801 Ltd to prevent the
election to the commitee of nominees of the Management Members, I (RTM
presedent) said that we "wrote to the Austalian Securities and
Investment commission (ASIC) who responded agreeing with our
interpretation of the law". ASICs formal reply said it had 'issued a
formal waning letter to the company (3801 Ltd)' The advice ASIC agreed
with us on the legal issue was given to me orally by the ASIC officer
dealing with the matter. Asics lettre also said "....This does not
prevent you from pursueing any civil remedis otherwise available to
you"
This is all legal mumbo jumbo to me but am I right when i say this has
somthing to do with that extraordinary general meeting thing that was
up here a little while back? and does it mean that 3801 lt have brokan
the law?

Thanks, Tony

The RTMs view, as I understand it, is that the management changes that
occured are illeagal. I believe (from reading Februarys RTM mail, and other
sources) this is because the changes exclude the RTM and ARHS from having
any members on the board, even though they are management members of the
company. The changes (as stated in feb RTM mail) basically allow the company
to be run by a group of individuals, that are accountable to nobody.
