3801 Ltd brokan the Law? The RTMs view, as I understand it, is that the management changes that
occured are illeagal. I believe (from reading Februarys RTM mail, and other
sources) this is because the changes exclude the RTM and ARHS from having
any members on the board, even though they are management members of the
company. The changes (as stated in feb RTM mail) basically allow the company
to be run by a group of individuals, that are accountable to nobody.
