Default CityRail C sets

Is it just me, or do C sets have the quietest air conditioner systems in the
whole CityRail fleet? K sets are noisy and hissy. Tangaras are always
huffing and puffing along with M sets (although they're quieter and can be
very quiet) and V sets huff and puff quite a bit as well. C sets don't have
much of a fan noise at all except for the A/C motor and cooller working
itself.

You should walk a down 1 and 2 roads at Campbelltown when they are stabled
at night, the air conditionings can be very noisy.Mind you the last time I
walked thru the yard was just before the current timetables started when i
was doing a yard review

C sets are bloody noisy

But those noises are external. Inside it seems pretty quiet. BTW what are
those large fans on the outside of A/C units? They don't blow any air in so
I assume they cool the A/C system.

Inside they are resonably quiet but outside are noisy
