But ARTC "only" has control to the Border. Train Control for the
sectors from the Border to Brisbane was transferred to QR prior to the
ARTC NSW takeover. Whilst the two could operate different systems,
one would assume that ARTC would talk to QR and come to a meaningful
understanding.
