Why? With the freeing up of crew from the weekends, and to avoid the
costly movement of qualified crews around the place by taxi, it is
obvious that crew training short be continued, particularly in Sector
1 hwere crews at Waterfall, Cronulla and Mortdale are not qualified,
even though two sets are rostered on a daily basis.
