Default steam tours cost

we were thinking of taking a steam tour(3801) to bowral until we found out
the ticket pricing for a family of four 2*2 $280 thats not even inc the cost
of getting to central and return or food and drinks and entertainment once
there, from what I gather most of these tours are sold out anyway so they
dont really need my custom anyway.
here is my question what is the breakdown in costs per $90 ticket 3801
should be gold plated by now.I would have loved to take my family on one of
these long trips but $400 day out with the kids with nothing to show other
than memories is a bit much.

The fare for the 3801 Limited Bowral Tulip Festival tour includes the
cost of coaches, admission fees to the gardens and lunch at Mittagong
RSL.

Best wishes
