Default Hong Kong advice

Hi,

I am travelling to Hong Kong next. It's not my first time there, and I do
know my way around.

This time I am looking for tips to explore more the off-beaten tracks of
Hong Kong, the hinterland if you want. ;-) Are there any (small) tours
offered where one gets to know the "real" Hong Kong? I am looking for
something individual, like tea ceremony, Feng Shui architecture, life in
the New Territories, walking tours, etc.

Oh, one last question: Where can I find the timetable for the Airport
express and the departure times of the hotel shuttles?

Yes. ;-) Been to China on other occasions.

Macau has been on my list for the last 3 times I've been to HKG. *lol*
Horse racing is a good idea.

Are you going to HKG, too. I checked out your link with the walking tours
and looked at them more indepth. In fact, I like the things there. Could be
just what I had in mind. Thanks!

Yes, I should say (being back from HKG) that the suggestion of the walking
tours was perfect. I didn't go to Macao, saving this for the next time.
*lol*

Cheap places ... well, Nathan Road offers lots of cheap places but be
prepared to share your bed with bugs. :-) Otherwise, look out for any
special offers and avoid times of conferences, etc. I stayed at the Novotel
in Wanchai. A friend of mine stayed at the Ramada and got very cheap rates.
