Default Travelling from Singapore to malaysia

Hi..I will be travelling from Singapore to Kaula Lampur on March
19th.I will be there on 20th for the Formula 1,malaysian GP.
Whats the best way to travel? Is it bus or train?
How much time will it take?
Can I travel during night from Singapore so that i can reach KL early
morning.

You could also fly.
Very frequent connections.

Thanks a lot for the info..I think i will go by train then. Can i book
the ticket through internet? Can you recommend few sites.
