Travel from Amman (Jordan) To Telaviv (Israel) except flying...

Can anyone suggest how to do this... Any bus operators etc... how much
they cost... what are the timings....

when i was in Jordan. a taxi offered to bring me to tell aviv
I do not need a visa.but he could take me only to the border.

Mazada Tours on Ibn Gvirol St in Tel Aviv has a bus from Jerusalem-Tel
Aviv-Cairo around twice a week, otherwise you can go Tel Aviv-Eilat by
Egged bus for 65 shekels several times a day, then Eilat to Taba, then
Taba to Cairo.

Is is still possible to take a bus from Tel Aviv to Cairo? I thought this
service had been suspended with the outbreak of the second intifada.
