Asakusa Plaza Hotel (near Asakusa subway station)

Osaka:
Il Monte hotel
Radisson hotel at Tepponji

Actually, yes but it is a bit lurid. Look for the upside down octopus sign. And

No, but I am sure you have some idea of which hotels are nice or are dumps
in your local city. Or ones that are in bad locations.
