Xay Siengsavanh,
how come the LPDR came to power? That is exactly what I am talking
about. What the communist said and did were not the same. Why should
we trust them again in the future. Lao citizen should learn this thru
LPDR lying face.

You are wrong here. The Lao government already earned the citizens'
trust. It was what the Lao gov did to lose the citizen's trust. I
always thankful for a good neigbor, but not one like the communist
Vietnamese. They killed innoncent people, still do and will still do.
I do not dislike Vietnamese. I dislike the communist Vietnamese.
Those communist Vietnamese now in Laos are all total bad. If you only
have a crystall ball you can see it for yourself.
Xay, if your family had been slaughtered by the communisty Vietnamese
then you will know what I meant, but if none of that happen to you,
then you have not known the communist Vietnamese well enough to see
what inside their skull and skins.
