Default Fancy Chinese Restaurant

do you want excellent Chinese food - or a fancy restaurant ?
There are only a few places in the world that are 'both' !
Some of the best Chinese food is available on street stalls.

Of course if you go in a luxury restaurant and eat a 2 kg lobster or a
monkey's brain, or a pangolin, or some 1000 year eggs, or a snake soup you
can spend a lot.

What I mean is that all over the China it is very easy to have good food and
that the prices, compared to western and japanese prices, are very low.
