Digital Pictures to CD-ROM in Southeastasia

Does anyone has experience in writing CD-ROMs in Malaysia, Thailand,
Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam at the Internet Cafes?

The idea is that I would like to save my digital pictures, taken by a
digital-camera on a CD-ROM.

How much would that cost?
What about installing the drivers on the PC?

A friend of mine did it in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I also saw a CD-burning
service at an internet cafe in Luang Prabang, Laos.
