I view flying as a mode of transport, nothing else. As long as the
airline gets me where I need to go on time, I am fine with no meal
service. I haven't had a meal on a United States domestic flight for
several years, and its no big deal for me. I just bring a snack on board
or I grab a slice of pizza or a sandwich at the terminal prior to
departure.
