Spirit Air?

I've been trying to get in touch with Spirit Air via phone. Every
time I call and select the option to make a reservation (or any other
option for that matter), I get a busy signal. Not even the ability to
be put on hold. It's been going on for over a week and it's very
frustrating. Anybody know how I can get through to them? The number
I'm calling is 800-772-7117.

Also, I'm trying to make a reservation online using my FF points from
Spirit. However, although their schedule for next February came out
months ago and you can book if you want to pay for a ticket, if I try
to use my FF points, everything from Jan 1, 2009, on says "sold out"
I mean everything. Every seat, every flight, every city. Obviously
this is either a glitch in the sytem or something is wrong, but I
can't get through to Spirit to find out what's going on.

Anybody have any advice?

This is a prime example why I will not fly Spirit, no matter how
reasonable their fares may be. 2nd tire budget airlines always
seem to draw theses sorts of complaints.

We've actually been flying Spirit since their inception and have never
had any problems. It is so convenient as we live minutes from
Atlantic City and their nonstop flights to many Florida cities is a
big advantage for us.

As far as my current issue, I've got enough FF points using their
Mastercard that I qualify for 4 free RT flights. It's very
frustrating not being able to use it.
