Default "Delta" Wins; NWA to Disappear

X-No-Archive: Yes

When did Northwest start flying to Bangkok? I am using
the older FS2004 until more powerful computers come
out that can better run FSX, and I had to change the
four letter code for Bangkok so that the NWA schedule
would import and compile. The newer bangkok airport
(VTBS/BKX) is not yet available for FS2004, and
you have to use the older one (TVBD/BKK), in
order to get Bangkok flights to compile and load.

Bangkok service must be a recent affectatoion at
NWA

The NWA website, which I assume is authoritative, says that NWA flies

B747
A330
B757
A320/319
DC-9
CRJ-200
CRJ-900
EMB-175

No 727s and no DC-10s.

and Northwest NEVER flew F100's (although Mesaba flew F-27's and F.27's in
the '80's)

Good <riddance> ... I won't fly either one, Delta or Northwest .. I will
concede Delta employees are one step above Northwest employees, which
still isn't saying much.
