Positive view on US Airways Just to add my own two cents worth of praise for US Airways, last year I flew with them from SFO-LAS and back again 5 days later.
Our suitcases were weighted up to the international limits of 70lbs rather than the US domestic limit of 50lbs (which we weren't
aware of being from UK but should have been!).
US Airways brought this to our attention but did not charge us any excess baggage fee for either flight.
Both flights were on time and check-in was straightforward and painless. The ground staff and flight staff were very courteous and
seemed to be genuinely focused on customer satisfaction.
I would fly US Airways again without any hesitation.
