Royal Jordanian v Emirates

I am trying to finalize Rome-Delhi fight and the choice appears to be
between Royal Jordanian and Emirates. Both require one connection and
the schedule is similar.

Ordinarily, there would be little to choose as Emirates might be viewed
as a clear choice. However, in this case RJ will give us AA frequent
flyer miles while Emirates won't. :)

So, is RJ good enough to choose the miles, or is Emirates so much
better that you'd still go for it instead?

Another small secondary consideration is that RJ reaches Delhi in the
morning (5:15AM) while Emirates at 10PM. Leaving the airport at
midnight seems less appealing than early morning.
