Default creams/cosmetics allowed in handbag?

hi everyone,

does anyone know the rules for handbag when flying to China from USA?
e.g., can you bring creams/cosmetics in your handbag???

if you buy such things at the duty-free shop, what will happen when you
do transfers on the way home?

thanks.

From USA to China, you are subject to the TSA carryon restrictions.
3 oz per package limit and all packages enclosed in a 1 quart bag.
This info should be on your airline's website. If not, then check the
TSA site.

If you are transferring in the US, then the TSA restrictions would also
apply. You questions are also specifically addressed on the TSA website.

But, if they do notice, then you hold up the line.
I have often seen the line held up because people didn't remove
liquids/creams/gels from their bags.
