Default Baggage check-in cut-off time for domestic -> international flights?

I have a connecting flight beginning in one U.S. city, going into
another U.S. city and then from that city to Austria. Will I be
required to check my bag earlier than the others on my first flight,
just because I have an international destination? Are the baggage
check-in cut off times different for those who will be on my same first
flight, but only travelling in the U.S.?

I realize technically I have an international flight, but my first
destination is to another airport in the U.S. Do I still need to check
my bags earlier than the others on my U.S. flight? Sorry to ask this
here, but my airline is ZERO help. Thanks!

Normally the answer would be yes. But since we don't know your airline or
airports we have no way of really checking what that airline or airport
requires. Some airlines require check-in at least 60 minutes for any
international flight while others require more or less time.
