Default Bearskin Airlines

I was boarding a CO flight in Ottawa (YOW) last week to fly back to
EWR. Next to us was a Metroliner from Bearskin Airlines. Is this
Canada's "Hooters Airlines" ? Where do they fly?

It is a subsidiary of Canada's Bear Naked Ladies. The FAs may be naked,
but they are also very hairy and they are big and move slowly down the
aisle. And if you bug one of them, they can kill you with just a slap of
their paw. On the upside, they will lick your plate clean very quickly.
However, their safety briefing is bearly understandable, sounds like all
they can do is grunt (common for northern ontario except for Shania
Twain who can sing pretty good and isn't hairy at all).

Their maintenance base is at Possum Lodge. Head of maintenance is a chap
named Red Green. I need not mention what their prefered maintenance
material is.

Seriously, they have been around for a couple of decades. One of the few
airlines to survive on their own and not be gobbled up by the big bad
legacy carriers in the 1980s in their drive to develop their regional
airlines. (They are however participants in Aeroplan).
