Default Powdered cosmetics & medicines OK?

Is it possible to carry only powdered products (face powder, tooth
powder, rouge, powdered drink additives etc.) and then mix them with
the airline-provided water? Even to the point of crushing one's
headache remedy tablets into powder before the flight? Seems to me
this is a way around the liquid & gel restrictions.

Powders are fine. So are pills, for that matter; not sure why youd'
want to crush your headache pills into powder beforehand.
