Here is a quote from the TSA web site, which seems to apply:
"Some solid or powdered cosmetics items are permitted past the
checkpoint; however, this is left to the discretion of the Security
Officer. To minimize delays and hassle, we recommend that you pack all
cosmetics in your checked baggage." |
