With the new security in place for intel gathered in 2000 and 2001,
he'd be better off WALKING. It'd take less time to cross the river
than driving.

Livery cabs outside the entrance will take you. I don't believe
they're beholden to any specific rates -- they typically say something
like $60 for the car in an effort to get a few people standing in line
for the train shuttle to go together.

Unless time is at a premium, I'd take the train from Ronkonoma.
