Hace any of you seen the British Standards Association [BSA] standard for
Concrete Garden Gnomes? Someone used to have it posted on their door at
work. I assume it was a joke.

We've an oversupply of the little painted concrete jockies which
used to be paired at the front walk of many larger US homes.
Currently sensitivity efforts have reduced their popularity in
many neighborhoods (although pink flamingos and "flower cut"
tractor tires set fashion standards in some suburbs). The
"little wooden outhouse" mailboxes haven't caught on yet.
