Help me on suggestions for my corporate trip…

Hello all, I have my plans coming up to visit Montreal in the next
month. It is a corporate trip and I am in-charge of the arrangements
there. We are having a tour of the city and since it is a corporate
one, I need to arrange for the accommodations and the cars that would
be used for the trip. I need some suggestions on the accommodations and
the cars that I need to arrange for the trip. So, please do help me on
this.

Not enough info. How many people will be on this trip with you? What is
the purpose of the trip (e.g., sales call, conference, meeting, etc.)?
How long will you be staying? What's your budget? Do you need any
special facilities such as a meeting room, business center, etc.?
