UK doesn't exist for SAA

Anyone in the UK tried to book on-line with SAA? - when you come enter
your CC details there is no option in the drop-down list for UK!
France, Germany, Estonia, Holland, Lativa, but not UK.
Nearly an hour on the phone with SAA and eventually appreciated the
problem, but could only say that the UK *should* be in the drop-down.
Apparently the problem is that I live in France, want to travel from an
airport in Switzerland and pay with a UK CC. If the CC was registered
in Latvia, no problem, but not the UK
One assistant suggested it was because the UK is not in the Euro Zone
(unlike the Russian Republic presumably, which is in the list).
Jeez.
