The roads are in very good condition and for the biggest part comparable
to highways in Europe or the US.

There are some options, including flying. But you need to have a car to
go into Kruger.

Most tours to Vic Falls will start from Johannesburg or Pretoria. Still
it is quite a drive if you into to do it by road!!! I don't think any
tour operator will do that kind of distance in one (extremely long) day.
Flying into Vic falls is another option.
