Hi there,
You didn't say where you were going in Morocco however, it will surely
be warm so be prepared for heat. Bargaining at the souk is also a fine
art and expected, the shop owners can be very 'enthusiastic'! The food
is fairly spicy so be careful particularly if you have children. Take
care with personal safety, particularly off the beaten track, but be
adventurous at the same time as the country is amazing. Moroccan rugs
still adorn my house and are beautiful as is the traditional dress. We
hired a taxi driver to take us to the zoo and back. He came with us on
the visit! It worked out fine though for cost compared to an organised
trip.
