Tours/activities in Sierra Leone?

I'm looking for activities in Sierra Leone for an upcoming visit -
either an organized tour or something that's not too difficult to
arrange on your own.

Ideally it would be conservation/ecotourism oriented, or have some sort
of local involvement, like volunteering or meeting local
musicians/artists or something.
