 Malarone (anti-malaria drug) side effects for travellers?

We took Malarone on two trips to Tanzania (26 days total) and other
than a bit of dizziness shortly after taking the pill a couple of times
there were no problems. From what I hear from our Dr. it's much safer
than Larium, which can cause vivid nightmares in some people.
