I’d be traveling to Thailand for 3 weeks in Dec 04 to Jan 05. I want to
find out how is the weather like in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai during this
period. I understand that it’s the cold season. What is the climate like?
Since I’d be backpacking, I want to travel light as much as possible.
Would a light jacket or pull over be sufficient during my stay in Chiang
Rai and Chiang Mai. Please advice. Thank you.
