The Comfort Inn (or something like that) has reciprocal privileges
with Atlantis for the water stuff. Also you can do that if you come
into the marina on your boat (only boats over 40 feet are accepted).
You can indeed go to the shops and casino and also the restaurants
whether you are a guest there or not. You can also do "The Dig" (the
aquarium and grounds other than the water park) for a payment of $25.
There's a $5 off coupon for this on most tourist maps.
Depends on what your tolerance for water temperature is, as to whether
you would need a heated pool. I've gone swimming in Nassau in Feb in
an unheated pool - I just waited until the sun had been on it for a
bit. In any case, the water in the water park would not be heated
either.
