I think nearly all BMWs now come with run-flat tyres and no spare by
default. Even if you can buy an optional spare, it'll be a skinny space
saver. That presumably also applies to the Mini as well (and RR too?).
And, of course, even if a car has the now rare luxury of five full size
tryes, if you get a puncture and replace a wheel, you'll be driving for
a while with no usable spare, so it can't be mandatory to have one. |
