Yup. Haunted Mansion is where you think Thunder Mountain should be.
Thunder Mountain is to the right of Splash Mountain. Space Mountain
is directly straight off the Tomorrowland bridge, rather than in the
right corner, but you have to go around the rockets, which are in the
center of Tomorrowland rather than right at the entrance. Pooh is in
Fantasyland rather than Critter Country, which doesn't exist. The
Dole Whip Bar is a little ways down from the Tiki Room rather than on
either side of the waiting area. There are only three stops on
railroad. And of course, the monorail lets you off just outside the
main entrance, not in Tomorrowland.

I had the same problem. I did more backtracking at DL than I ever did
at WDW. I kept expecting to be able to make a loop somewhere, but
ended up just having to turn around the way I came.
