Most recreation in southern California
has become very Spanish, especially the
free stuff, because the majority of the population
is Spanish now. One just lives with it. I wouldnt be
surprised if they alternative the afternoon and
evening parade in different languages or
have special language zones along the
route. For safety purposes they need more
Spanish signage in the parks.
