They are excellent in keeping track of the bargains that cruiselines
are offering ...and upgrades and buy ups being offered ... but I
consider their customer service terrible ... It was impossible to talk
to the agent handling my booking or someone else that could provide
any immediate or short time assistance ... You can leave voice mail
messages or emails ... that will get a response only at their
convenience ... which can be days ... no matter the urgency ...
I like to be able to talk to someone rather quickly if there is a
problem ... |
