What would you buy with a 50k budget? For example, I just heard of a guy buying this plane:
Cherokee Archer II 3000TT 0 SMOH, nice condition.
Garmin stack including 430. $60K. Not quite in your price range.
Hang in there. You can get a better plane than is being proposed.
