Yep, that one has been floating about for 20 years..
The only way to fix town hall is to completely demolish what is there and to
move it sideways partially into this park, and then move the platforms on
the 4 outside tracks to the other side of the so the passengers can exit the
station proper and go straight out into a retail area (a couple of levels
below the ground). This will reduce the stress and allow for wider platforms
with more room for services, etc, etc. Very expensive job, the government
will have to foot most of the bill...
On, you could move it back a block and put it next to the QVB, there is
already a hugh carpark underneath that thing, job will be abit cheaper
