Well, gosh. "Glorified busboy"? Every time I'm at Chef Mickey's, the
servers are in constant motion. They're keeping the drinks coming and the
dishes cleared, bringing new silverware when the kids inevitably drop
theirs on the floor, fielding special requests and answering questions, all
while minding the little ones dancing in the aisles and keeping the party
going.

Last year I was surprised to see that Chef Mickey's servers earned 18%
under the dining plan; I had always heard that 10% was standard for buffet
servers. Regardless, I don't begrudge the servers the money they earn.
They need to earn a living too.
