We did it last January on discounted dining plan and had a blast. Yes
the restaurants were a bit crowded. We made reservations months in
advance and made a loose schedule of what we'd do each day, but it was
still play it by ear. When we got there we were able to swap a few
reservations around but stuck with most of them. While the restaurants
were busy, the parks were not. Crowds were low the entire week.
