There's an Albertson's supermarket up the block from the Inn-N-Out on
Tropicana. There's also a Walgreens right on the Strip about one block
north of the MGM where you can pick up some groceries such as milk,
eggs, soft drinks, snacks, etc.

Beats me. I would just take a cab.
